Corrugated is a well recognised Australian product, ideal for both traditional and contemporary roofing applications. Made from Hi-Tensile steel this profile, whilst strong, is also lightweight which minimises sheet damage.

Corrugated is pierce fixed which ensures easy fixing by the conventional method. To ensure maximum weather protection our Corrugated has a 1.5 rib overlap.

Corrugated is available custom cut to length and is ideal for both roof and wall applications. The wide cover (762mm) allows for quick installation, saving on both materials and labour. This versatile profile can be used on a minimum roof pitch of 5 degrees (1 in 12).


Recommended fixing method:
All fasteners must comply with AS3566 - class 3 fix with 3-5 fasteners per support.

Wall - pan fix - Tek 10 x 16mm Hex head with seal washer.

Curved Corrugated is manufactured from G300 soft feed steel which allows it to be curved into a myriad of different curving styles such as concave, convex, bullnose, cranked ridge and barrel vaults. Rib Height - 29mm

Apclad is a modern roofing profile that is available in very long lengths. Made from Hi-tensile steel, this profile whilst strong is also very lightweight that minimises sheet damage. Apclad is pierce fixed which ensures easy fixing as this is the conventional method. Apclad is weather protected as the side laps ensure maximum protection from the elements. The wide cover of 762mm allows for quicker installation, saving on both materials and labour.

Designed for almost flat roofing applications, Apclad can be used on a minimum roof pitch of 2 degrees (1 in 30). Deep ribs allow wide support spacings and provide excellent water carrying capabilities. Apclad is an economical and versatile profile. Available custom cut to length and is ideal for both roofing and walling.

Apdeck700

Rib Height - 42mm
Apdeck 700 is a versatile roofing profile which is available in very long lengths. A concealed fixed profile which not only gives a modern, clean line with no unsightly screws, it also provides the utmost security under extreme weather conditions.

Apdeck has an effective coverage of 700mm with a rib height of 42mm. The wide cover allows for quicker installation, saving on both materials and labour. Designed for almost flat roofing applications Apdeck 700 can be used on a minimum roof pitch of 1 degree (1 in 50).


Recommended Fixing Method:
When fastening into Steel Purlins, use Battenzips(C) 12- 11x40mm (under 1mm), or Hex head Teks 12- 14x30mm full thread (1mm-3mm).

Battenzips 12-11x40
Allow 1.6 clips per square metre.
This is based on a 120mm batten centres.

A Hi-Tensile Steel Roofing and Wall Cladding, Apspan is a modern and attractive profile.

The uniform rib design is both strong and lightweight with long spanning capabilities making it ideal for most roof and cladding applications. it's contemporary look and flexibility makes it ideal for unique architectural designs.

Apspan has effective sheet coverage of 700mm with rib height of 24mm. Conventional crest fixing with 4 fasteners per sheet to each support maximises performance whilst allowing fast installation.

For roofing with continuous length sheets and no end laps the minimum roof pitch is 3 degrees (1 in 20).
